Sold by Winezon This wine is produced from the fermentation of the grapes of Vernaccia di San Gimignano. After a brief cold maceration of the cut and pressed grapes, the juice is separated from the peelings from which aromas and flavor were extracted. The most is left to repose and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. A long stay on the fermentation enriches the new wine with floral, complexity and intensity aromas.
