Dolcetto is a DOC wine whose production is allowed in the provinces of Asti and Cuneo. It is traditionally the most consumed table wine in the Langhe. Of different types depending on the production area: Dolcetto d 'Alba d'Asti, Dogliani, Acqui, Ovada, Diano d'Alba, the Langhe Monregalesi of Tortona hills, of Pinerolo, the Langhe and Monferrato .
