The Brunello di Montalcino is a wine with clear view, bright, bright garnet color; by intense, persistent, full and ethereal. They recognize hints of underbrush, aromatic wood, berries, light vanilla and jam. On the palate the wine has an elegant and harmonic body, backbone and race, is dry with a long aromatic finish. Due to its characteristics, Brunello di Montalcino bears long aging, improving over time. Hard to say how many years it improves in the bottle. This depends on the vintage. It ranges from a minimum of 10 years up to 30, but can also be stored longer. Of course it must be kept in the right way: in a cool cellar, but especially at a constant temperature, dark, noise and odors; the bottles held horizontally.
