The Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG is a wine that owes its preciousness to climate magic, diligent cultivation at the hands of a few players and fans to the virtue of its grapes, Nero d'Avola and Frappato (used in a percentage ranging from 50 to 70% and from 30 to 50% respectively). From bright cherry red color, the nose looks quite vinous alcohol but fragrant; the taste is dry, full, round and pleasantly fragrante.Il Cerasuolo di Vittoria the current typology was born in 1607, when it was founded the city of Victory: its founder Vittoria Colonna Henriquez, in fact gave him in that year to the first 75 settlers, one hectare of land on condition that they cultivated another vineyard, which facilitated a huge expansion in the various districts of the territory.
